Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Sexual Harassment

My wife has been the victim of sex. harassment with such things as 'you're sexy,' 'you turn me on,' and after the harasser was stated as being santa claus he asked her to 'hop on' referring to his lap. This isn't the first instance of harassment. Earlier he had said similar things, but kept 'apologizing' afterward because he knew it was inappropriate because she was married. My wife and I are about to meet with her boss about the latest incident which will be the first time her boss will be told of any incident. My questions is after the conversation with her boss what else can I do to take action against this guy?

There are some very specific EEOC regulations and often other requirements that must be met in order to maintain a case of this nature. My suggestion would be that you call our office for consultation before you meet with your wife's employer.
