Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

Sexual Harrasment by an attorney?

To make a long story short. I found a very reputable firm to hadle my child custody case. My attorney started asking me on dates, after our court date we went to lunch he pulled over, pulled down his pants and started playing with himself. I asked him over and over what the heck are you doing, take me to my car..etc etc etc. I met him at his office to review the case, and several inappropriate comments were made, each time I told him I wanted to keep this a professional relationship. After I layed the law down, and refused to go out with him, he stopped working on my case, did not file any more paperwork, my case was completely neglected. Not only has he violated me, he still has my 4,000 retainer fee. Do I have a case against him?

You surely should bring his conduct immediately to the attention of the Texas State Bar (go to their website and there is a number and an address under "client grievances") and contact a lawyer about your legal rights.
