Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

I sent a few late nite text messages one nite to a girl that said, ''Let's F*** tonite'', and ''I wanna feel you''. I don't work or go to school with her and shes above 21. The girl said she was going to the police station to file a report. It was late at nite after going out and partying. I've only hung out with her once and never had any relations beyond that. Do I need to be worried about any legal ramifications?

Yes. What you did is criminal; the police may or may not arrest you depending on further circumstances and their own discretion.
