Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Texas

I work in the oilfield. I was on a jobsite @ 9am on 7-25-10 when I heard some of the rig hands yelling at me trying to get my attention. When I looked up there was a roughneck shaking his penis at me from the rig floor. I immediatley felt, angry, degraded and disrespected. They just laughed at me. I immediately called my boss/owner of our company and reported the incident. He responded by saying, "what do you expect me to do about it and why did I call him"? He told me I could contact the law but it would just result in more issues and would turn in to a he said she said thing. He went on to say that I should have just called my supervisor. I then told him that i tried my supervisors phone but he didnt answer. He told me that I should just forget the whole thing. I asked him if there would be any repercussions from our company if i reported it and he said I dont know. I then called my supervisor and told him what happened and I asked what I should do about someone waving their penis around at me, he replied you should just suck it (in a joking manner). He then told me I should just forget the whole thing. I would like to know what I should do concerning this issue.
