Legal Question in Telecomm Law in Texas

Sexual Harrasment

last week we have a company manger visiting from another office location. He and one of our office workers correspond on job related issues frequently. Over the course of the 2 day stay these two individuals were very overtly flirtatious. Leaning touching and making sexual comments to each other that could be heard within the cube block they occupied. (8 cube group) They were also open to the rest of the office and there body language spoke volumes. Several complaints were made to the floor manager, who got written statements and forwarded them to upper managment/HR. She also counseled the Office employee with 2 witnesses present. While the manager was spoken to by his peer in our office. Our employee is on disciplinary probation, for several disruptive behaviors and this offense should have caused her termination. We have seen no action thus far and want to know what recourse we have as a group to keep from having to work in this type of enviroment.

Re: Sexual Harrasment

This sounds like a situation management is already handling; only mgmt will get to decide if she is fired. You can however as a group express your concerns to management, which must address them also.
