3 year old MIP can affect me getting my license now?
Three years ago I got an Minor in posession of alcohol. It was 4 wks before I turned 21. I never paid the ticket. I want to take care of it now. I have an expired out of state drivers license and need to get a current one so I can get a job and drive. At my court date they are going to suspend my license for 30 days. Can I get a license and be able to use it before my court date? Also I got my MIP at my house it had nothing to do with a car. Why can they take my license?
