Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
If there is a active warrant out for my arrest and the court office or marshall calls my work place looking for me, can they disclose that I owe money for a outstanding ticket and I have a warrant for my arrest to my co worker or boss?

If the Marshall made that statement, he would be telling the truth. The truth is never slanderous.
