Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas

I'm over the age of 25 and have never been in a wreck or had a citation. A couple months ago, I was pulled over for speeding. I pleaded no-contest and am in the process of doing defensive driving. A week before Christmas I get in a wreck and receive a red light ticket (I was so shaken up being my first wreck I said it was my fault, because after impact I looked up and the light was red). The first day in the rental, I get another speeding ticket trying to get used to the vehicle they put me in. These are all in different counties of Texas. I call city of Plano about my red light ticket and she told me that I could do deferred adjudication, in both Plano and Frisco. I plead no-contest for the red light and begin my deferred adjudication. I called today to ask about deferred for frisco, and the clerk tells me that I cannot do deferred adjudication since I'm on it in Plano. Is there anything I can do to keep this other ticket off my record? Why did City of Plano tell me that I could do deferred for both cities? I rather of had the speeding ticket deferred. I always obey the law. I've never gotten into trouble and I just had a really bad month.

The way to keep a ticket off your record is to fight it. Demand a jury trial. See if six Texans will think you're not guilty.

Just because you're accused of something doesn't automatically mean that (a) you're guilty nor that (b) the State can prove that you're guilty.
