Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
car accident
i relocate from florida to fort worth texas 2 months ago ,my best friend rent car from budget i was an authorize 2nd driver and we dint put the insurance i had a car accident was my fault.when my friend call allstate to ask for his insurance they said because he wasnt driving the insurance doesnt cover.what i need to do know ?what are my risks?

Your risk is being liable for damages to all the vehicles involved, and the medical and compensatory damages. If not satisfactorily resolved, you risk losing your driver's license.
