Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
Motor Vehicle Citation
I received a ticket for speeding in a construction zone with workers present. I filed not guilty and trial by jury. It has been 2 yrs 2 mo. since I received the ticket and no trial has been set. I am still waiting on my fair and speedy trial. Since it has been so long will this come into play. What are my options from here? I also had a witness in the car with me that has since passed away from cancer.
