Traffic Law Ticket Mistake
The officer wrote the wrong date on my
ticket. I should say 1/23/09 but he
wrote 12/23/09. Is this ticket dropped?
or voided?

Maybe. The court would have to make a determination that the difference in the date is not a typo, but a material difference that affects your notice and the charge.
