Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I got a traffic ticket for improper left turn (sign posted) from 7am-9am. It was 850am when I got the ticket. first ticket ever. Should I fight this?

Yes, fight it, but they probably have video, or a cop who will testify in person.
If nothing else, you can get the jury to assess the penalty; if you simply "pay the fine," you'll be paying the maximum. A jury can assess a lesser amount.
