Benefit
A trust fund was set-up as a benefit account. The person doing this will not let the person whom the account was set-up for use the money.

Apparently the Trustor is also the Trustee, and has decided that the money in the trust is not needed to be disbursed, at this point, for the benefit of the beneficiary. All legitimate!
