Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My boyfriend was more than halfway moved in with me. He was sick we knew it was coming just did think it would be so soon. Anyway, his children are trying to force me to give them his belongings. Am I required by law to remove property from my home and give it to them? What about the things he had given me? I didn't get a written agreement stating it was mine

Anything he gave you as a gift belongs to you as a gift whether or not it is in writing. If he gave you everything, then it is all yours.
