Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Name Change To Match Will

In Texas, if a dastardly parent,

intending to shame their adult son,

re- writes their will so that their son

must legally change his name to a

specific profane phrase (e.g. ''Dumb

F_ _k'') in order to be named on that

will, can that son make that profane

name change legally? (This is not a

joke.)
