Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
contesting will
I am one of 2 beneficiaries in my mother's will; my older brother is the executor; he is unwilling to share information with me; he has hidden quite a bit of money from me; he listed only a portion on the inventory and now won't give me 1/2 of that; what can I do to protect what is rightfully mine?

What can you do? You can do as you have been and get nothing OR you could hire a lawyer and go after what is yours? Simple choice.
