Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My Dad left no will and because my brother has the same name he put this property to bond out. What can we the other siblings do?

Time is not on your side. You are going to have to sue the brother, and put the bonding company on notice. You'd be wise to also file a temporary restraining order to enjoin any further use of the property. This needs to be done yesterday.

good answer...bond company has taken security which is not owned by brother...you should get a lawyer to avoid any further action..
