Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father died 5 years ago and my mother has remarried. She has since sold off all of the family assets acquired during the marriage (houses, boats, and real estate) giving none of the proceeds to either me or my brother; so I have any rights with respect to recovering some of the money affiliated with these sales?

If your father's will left everything to your mother, it was hers to do with as she pleased, so the answer to your question is no. If his will says it was supposed to go to you, then perhaps you have some rights. Contact a lawyer in your area who is versed in Probate and Estates.
