Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Our father passed away suddenly about 2 months ago. He was remarried. She is unwilling to let us see our Dad's will. As the only natural born children, are we entitled to see his will before she files it, and are we entitled to get family heirlooms back that were part of OUR family, not hers? Thank you.

Yes, you can retain an attorney to file an action to make her produce the will,

Regarding the heirlooms, the are now property of your father's estate. I suggest you make up a list of the items and where they came from. As part of the estate, they need to be distributed in accordance with the terms of the will, assuming there is one.
