Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My father recently was deemed incapacitated, and I'm co-guardian.He has a trust with several thousand dollars in it. After looking through the trust papers he has me named as the successer trustee to handle the trust if he cannot. As it is stated on the trust the monies are to be use for himself, wife and or family especially in time of illness as is the case now. My question is what do I need to do in terms of accessing the monies as successer trustee, this is all new to me. Thank you

normally the Trust is clear..but you could call the lawyer who made the trust or call the bank where his money is..and if deemed incapacitated by a Court..u need a lawyer in that Court generally
