Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My father's will
My brothers and sisters will not tell me what was in my Father's will. He died one week ago (Feb 24th, 2008). They say I am not welcome but are cleaning out his house and will not tell me what is in his will. The will has not been filed in probate yet. How do I find out ff I am named in the will and since they won't allow me on the premises, insure I get whatever he left me?

Once the Will is filed for probate, you can go to courthouse and read it. It is the job of the Executor to see that the assets of the estate are distributed appropriately.
