Force executor to give an accounting of estate
What form do I need to fill out and how do I find it to force executor to return our personal possessions and joint property of which I inherited half that were in home where mother lived; since died. Executor has stripped the home to the concrete floor. Have asked attorney we hired repeatedly to take this matter to court, no avail.

You need to hire your own attorney to intervene in the probate.
