Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My girlfriend just received an eviction/ suit citation from her apt. complex, summoning her to answer by appearing before a judge on 11/8/2012 for non payment of rent. She is getting ready to move with another friend because she don't have the $907 for last month's rent and then rent for the !st of Nov.

Should she move before the court date or what should she do?

She should move before the court date. Actually, she has a few days AFTER the court date to move (the suit will result in the issuance of a writ of possession in favor of the landlord, which he can enforce through the local sheriff).
