Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

my husband and i live in san antonio texas, he is from puerto rico do we have to do anything when ever it comes to his inheritance on behalf of his father or will he be contacted as needed?

You would be wise to contact a Puerto Rico law firm..as I presume his father died in PR??

Although he should be contacted, the reality is that you should make sure that he's notified. You can file an appearance in the court, which would mean that you would be notified every time something is filed.
