inherited land

Deceased father-in-law was one of many beneficiaries on land in Texas. he has paid taxes for last 10 years. What can we do to sell this land? Don't know who all are listed as beneficieries.

payment of taxes does not equal ownership. If you want to sell the land, you are going to have to obtain the signatures of all beneficiares or prove to the court that they cannot be found. Very difficult with the internet nowadays. almost every body is on the internet.
