Joint Ownership
My husband and I owned a mobile home. He passed away. I have since paid for the home in full, but ownership certificate is in both names. Can I sell it without probating his will. This was the only thing of any value.

You will probably only need an Affidavit of Heirship. Check with the Dept. of Motor Vehicles to be sure.
