How long does a trustee of a revocable family trust in Texas have to begin paying beneficiaries?

The trustee has a fiduciary responsibility to the beneficiaries. Unless a date is in the trust agreement, there is no absolute deadline, but the time must be "reasonable." Failure to administer in the best interest of the beneficiaries could subject the trustee to personal liability.
