Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I have a mother who has passed away and a father close to passing away. My mother left a will but I have not seen it. I have 9 other brothers and sisters so some older ones who have saw my mothers will are very protective. Do I have rights to see my deceased mothers will even though my brother won't show me?

If the will was probated it is public record. All you would have to do is go to the courthouse and get a copy of it.
