Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Do I have to move from Mother's house?

I am 1 of 5 siblings. The original executor, my older brother, declined to serve as executor of Mother's will. Therefore, my yuonger sister was appointed as the alternate executor. My siblings agreed I could live in Mother's house until it was sold. I lived with Mother for 10 years taking care of her. Now, the new executor wants me to move. Do I have to move because she asked? Or, can I fight it in court?

Re: Do I have to move from Mother's house?

You will be required to move or to pay your siblings the fair market value of rent for their portion of the property. To avoid legal costs, I would move and "move on."
