Plainiff Question
A friend of mine was recently served/sued regarding a civil law suit. The case indicates there are a total of 7 plainiffs. My question is this: Would each plainiff have been required to sign a document and/or been made fully aware of their status as a plainiff regardng the law suit?

Usually, although FULLY aware may not have happened.
