Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Pro Se, Will contest, forged will, handwriting analysis done

I am Pro Se because I can't afford an attorney. I am nearing a 2nd Pretrial before trial.

I have had handwriting analysis done, & the will is a forgery. They still refuse to settle, even with threat of criminal charges. Lots missing.

At Daddy's funeral dinner, my siblings detailed creating the phony will, and cutting me, the eldest out.

I followed all leads, all checked out, the signature on the will is forged, and I know who did it.

I was not called when Daddy was put in the hospital. I thought he was on vacation.

so, when the medical records are opened, it should prove Undue Influence.

They told me their plan

of forgery, fraud, embezzlement. The judge says it is hearsay , and inadmissable. How do I get this into testimony ?

Their motive is that I caught adult brother molesting little sisters. He was evicted from the family home. Later, one of the sisters was forging checks, stealing pin numbers, bleeding parents dry. I advised our parents how to handle her mess. Is that admissable as motive ?

Also, I am writing a trial brief,& need Conclusions of Law. Do you know what that is exactly, and where I can find what I need ? Is that Probate Code, & verdicts in similar cases ?

Thanks for your help.
