If you've already transferred the property to both your names, you're kind of stuck. If the sister really doesn't want to sell, then have an appraisal done, and offer to sell your sister your half of the house for one half of the appraisal price. She can finance the sale through a bank if she really wants the house.

If she won't buy, and won't agree to sell, then you can file a partition action in court to force the sale of the house.
