Quick question

Looking for a lawyer that would be willing to free consult.

Daughter died in car crash a year ago

She was the passenger

Ex wife setting up estate and wants me to renounce

Threatening that I will have to "pay out upfront" half of funeral and her attorney fees.

She plans to sue insurance and family of young driver too

May need a lawyer just to deal with the communications and keeping tabs on probate and estate issues. Estate is in PA

Where did your daughter die? Why would you have to pay her attorneys fees? sounds like she's just upset, maybe that's why she's your ex? Was there not enough insurance on the other drivers policy to cover the costs? Was she living in PA or Tarrant County? Lots of questions.
