seizure of all properties
is it true that since i live in my grand mothers house my uncle is poa g-ma is in nursing home we have agreement for me to stay as long as i maintain her property (house), if she were to pass away all my property in the house will be seized by the state to pay all med bills uncle has not payed. what should i do to cover my belongings if so.

Make sure that you have proof that you own the property you claim is yours. Assuming that the state could seize the property in your grandmother's estate, they can't seize your property to pay the debt of another.
