Trouble with Probating a Will

My friend and her 2 aunts have inherited a house that another aunt left her. The friend lives in the house. How much time can she be granted to remain in the house before she is forced to sell so that her aunts can recieve their inheritence.

The friend would be liable to the aunts for 2/3 of the rental value of the property, since she only owns 1/3. The best course of action would be to either have your friend buy out the aunts by refinancing the house, or come to an agreement on how long she can stay.
