Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
an unmarried person with no children and no parents has died. she comes from a large family. her estate is divided among her siblings and decendents of her siblings. what if a sibling has died but left a spouse with no children,(an in-law), is the in-law intitled to a share?
