Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My wife and I were divorced in 1996. Since November 1999 I have been back with her and living with her in her house (I gave my half to her in divorce). We essentially carry on as if married, except that everything financial is separate (separate savings and checking accounts, auto loans, students loans for children, file separate tax returns, etc.).

The question is that in making our separate wills (we reside in Texas), what do we call each other? We are naming each other as the primary beneficiary and executor in the will, but not sure if we should refer to one another as husband and wife, or just by name.

In Texas you are married..common law husband and wife...IMHO..if u wish to leave and marry another..you would be bigamous.....Merry Christmas...and stay happy together
