Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My wife and I have 10 year old wills,durable power of attorney,medical power of attorney,and health care directives.Nothng has changed except our children are at different addresses and we have a grandchild now.Do we need to have new ones of the above drawn up? FREE

no....grandchildren take from their parents ...so unless u wish to change inheritance to children be comfortable with what u have...

Read the wills. Do they do what you want them to do? Are you sure they're original wills (and not copies). Wills don't expire. If they do what you want, keep them. If you have a taxable estate, then talk to a lawyer.
