Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

WiILL

Can my 84 year old mother make a will without knowing exactly what she has? She inherited property or her share of it that is in mexico and my cousins are trying to get her to sign it over to them. Would a will help? Can this be done when the property is in mexico? Is there a way to find out details about it?

Re: WiILL

She can leave what she may have to whomever she wants..and the heir may have to find what she was entitled to ...and if she signs away property...it is not prohibited because it is in the will..

Re: WiILL

You should have your mother visit with an attorney to make sure she is not a victim of undue influence.
