Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
No will - Auto Title has my name
my ex husband just passed away. we have a sone together. he has remarried. i found the title to the truck and my nameis still on it. the truckis paid for. he was awarded the truck in our divorce but never used the power of attorney form that was signed to have me removed from the truck. do i legally own the truck, since my name is still listed on the title. there is some question about this with the current wife. thanks
