Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

No will

My brother died a few weeks ago. He didn't have a will.

His money is in a bank in Texas where he died.

Can I file a Declaration of Heirship without a lawyer? If

so how? Can I file it from Arizona? How?

An affidavit of heirship might suffice. Ask your bank if they will accept one.
