Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

there are three wills of my father estate, and a brother is fighting all three wills which will would be the correct one , he claims all are illegal except the one he has is the legal one

Generally, a will will have language that revokes all prior wills. Assuming there is such language and your brother has the last one your father signed, then he is correct. If your bother does not have the last will, he is wrong.
