Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Forced Back To Work

I work for a company, which handles its own workers compensation claims. I had shoulder surgery just over a month ago. This injury occurred on the job. Now my employer wants me to go back to work. My shoulder is in an immobilizer. There is also a Return To Work program in place. If I do not recover from surgery, within 3 months; my pay will be reduced and I may lose my job.

What recourse do I have? How do I fight a big corporation? Are the actions,of my employer legal?
