Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I got injured on the job, have multiple herniated disc currently on workers comp being paid a salary weekly am i able to sue for injury's that will never heal back to 100%?

Generally no..but call me and we can discuss the claim. Even if seriously injured, you will find the work comp insurer will try to limit both medical and weekly benefits..
