Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

wokmans comp

Recently my doctor wrote a letter to my employer demanding they take me out of one location and put me in another because the smoke from the deli was triggering asthma attacks this was after I had been hospitalized 3 times. Is this a workmans comp claim?Also another lady has been on life support twice in the last 3 months and another has a cough she cant get rid of.

Yes it is an injury on the job...if your employer has work comp insurance you should have medical expenses paid, and get a weekly check...but if the employer does not have work comp insurance..you have to sue for negligence...we accept such cases..few lawyers do..but you need a lawyer...
