Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

after workers comp

I had knee surgery 7 months ago and recently got my impairment of 1%.

I am able to walk, but still limp, and the doctors said this i as good as I will get with small pain.

I am ready to work, and does my company have the right to not allow me to work because of this knee injury still because I can not squat or bend?

What rights do I have with them in financial responsibility?

Re: after workers comp

Your company has no obligation to let you work..period..limp or not..but 1% seems very low..we would be glad to look at your case..be sure to call DWC NOW to dispute the MMI/IR of 1%
