In the state of TX, what is the most an individual can sue for on a Work Comp claim? NOT what the limits of the policy reflect BUT how much is the MAX amount that one can sue for?

You cannot "sue" but have to go thru the workers compensation administrative proceedings...go to their webpage and you can see how they describe it...Our firm handles work comp cases if you want help
