workerscomp post surgery complications

had a 3 level fusion lower bak,l2-l5 12 weeks later have apprx 20%use in left leg ,rec tibs wkly, if does not improve, what am i looking at

With such little info, one cannot say.

The insurer will ask for a designated doctor asap to cut off benefits by having you declared at MMI and given a low IR...so you would receive 3 weeks pay for each 1% of IR....you would be wise to get a lawyer now..most, as our firm, do not accept work comp cases when there are no checks coming in to pay the lawyer...Hope all turns out well for you
