For you to be Muslim, you must declare your shahada. This is the declaration of your faith to Islam stating that there�s no other God than Allah, and Muhammed is his Prophet. Please know that you can declare your faith alone or in front of other people. However, since you want your conversion to be documented and certified, then you can convert in the Islamic Center here in Thailand in front of the Imam, and other witnesses, so that it will be faster to get the certificate proving your conversion to Islam.
