Legal Question in Employment Law in Turkey

Hello,
I am working remotely for a Canadian company.I currently am located in a different company and I am a contractor. I recently discovered that one of the workers who is in the same country with me gets 3 times more than me. I have stated the upsetness about this situation but they did not take any consideration about this.He also is being provided health benefits for my country but we other 4 worker is not being provided this.I was wondering If I have any legal rights over this situation and what I can do about it.
